don't use hyper and meh
hyper (⌃⌥⇧⌘) and meh (⌃⌥⇧) are not practical as a hotkey, when a “shifted” action is desirable
concrete example:
- hotkey for a tiling window manager
- normal use: move focus between windows (hotkey + h/j/k/l)
- shifted use: move active window (hotkey + shift + h/j/k/l)
